Exceptional composition made from a skull with crossed bones in wood resting on a gilded bronze structure.

Inside the base there is another polychrome wooden sculpture representing flames. It is plausible that the artistic work was created thinking about the theme of death related to damned souls or purgatory.

Period probably made in Italy between the 18th and 19th centuries.
